Available Filter Presets

Bassboost

Heavy low-frequency emphasis for bass-heavy genres.

Technical Settings:

• Equalizer bands 0-4: +0.85 to +0.25 gain
• Mid-range reduction: bands 6-9 at -0.15 to -0.05
• Upper frequencies: neutral

Nightcore

Higher pitch and faster tempo for energetic, anime-style sound.

Technical Settings:

• All equalizer bands: +0.15 to +0.85 gain (progressive boost)
• Timescale: 1.25x speed, 1.25x pitch
• Creates signature nightcore effect

Vaporwave

Slower, dreamy sound with lo-fi aesthetic.

Technical Settings:

• Low-end boost: bands 0-3 at +0.5 to +0.2
• Mid reduction: bands 5-7 at -0.2 to -0.1
• Timescale: 0.8x speed, 0.8x pitch
• Creates classic vaporwave slowed effect

Pop

Optimized for vocal clarity and presence.

Technical Settings:

• Low cut: band 0 at -0.15
• Mid boost: bands 1-4 at +0.5 to +0.6
• Upper mid presence: band 5 at +0.3
• Slight high rolloff

Rock

Enhanced mids and highs for guitar and drums.

Technical Settings:

• Strong low-end: bands 0-1 at +0.6 to +0.5
• Mid punch: bands 4-7 at +0.5 to +0.75
• Upper presence: bands 8-13 maintained
• Emphasizes guitar frequencies

Electronic

Full-spectrum enhancement for synthetic sounds.

Technical Settings:

• Heavy bass: bands 0-1 at +0.75 to +0.65
• Mid presence: bands 4-6 at +0.3 to +0.65
• Treble emphasis: bands 7-10 at +0.65 to +0.85
• Bright, punchy sound

Lofi

Warm, mellow sound with rolled-off highs.

Technical Settings:

• Warm low-end: bands 0-4 at +0.5 to +0.15
• Progressive rolloff: bands 5-13 at 0 to -0.5
• Low-pass filter: 20Hz smoothing
• Creates vintage, tape-like quality

Trap

Massive sub-bass with crisp highs.

Technical Settings:

• Extreme bass: bands 0-2 at +0.8 to +0.55
• Mid scoop: bands 3-5 at +0.35 to 0
• Upper presence: bands 6-10 at +0.15 to +0.8
• Signature trap sound

8D Audio

Spatial audio effect with rotating sound.

Technical Settings:

• Balanced EQ: all bands +0.25 to +0.55
• Rotation: 0.2Hz frequency
• Creates circular panning effect
• Simulates surround sound

Soft

Gentle, easy-listening profile.

Technical Settings:

• Mild low boost: bands 0-4 at +0.2 to +0.4
• Smooth mid presence: band 5 at +0.35
• Gradual rolloff: bands 6-13 from +0.25 to 0
• Reduces harshness

Treble

Emphasis on high frequencies for clarity.

Technical Settings:

• Low cut: bands 0-2 at -0.2 to -0.1
• Progressive boost: bands 3-10 from 0 to +0.85
• Bright, detailed sound
• Excellent vocal intelligibility

Using Filters

Access via /filter command:

/filter

Interface:

• Current filter highlighted as “Active”
• Apply button for each inactive filter
• Clear All button to remove filters

Applying Filters

Select from Menu:

1. Run /filter to open menu
2. Click Apply on desired preset
3. Filter applies immediately
4. Current track continues without interruption

Removing Filters:

• Click “Clear All” button in filter menu
• Resets to neutral audio profile

Filter Limitations

Fairplay Mode:

• Filters are fully disabled when Fairplay is active
• Prevents audio manipulation during fair rotation
• Re-enable by disabling Fairplay mode

Voice Channel Bitrate:

• Filters sound best at 128 kbps or higher
• Lower bitrates may introduce artifacts
• Recommend 96 kbps minimum for filtered audio
